Create Analytics

How To Create The G Tag

Head over to Google Analytics and log in. (If you don't have a log in, talk to Patrick or Eddie)

Once logged in, click on + Create and choose Property.

Fill out the following:

  • Property name: <3 digit project designation>-<root folder name in the mono repo>-<environment>

  • Reporting time zone: New York Time

  • Currency: US Dollar

Click Next

  • Industry category: Jobs & Education

  • Check Large - 101 to 500 employees

Click Next

On the next page check Examine user behavior

Click Create

The measurement id will be used to connect the front end portal
